Fewa Net will provide Internet/Email to the client as per the application

Fewa net reserves the right to discontinue at its discretion, the services of those clients who misuse their accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple login through different telephone lines, and unauthorized usage of accounts by others.

Once payment is made for the Internet/email service, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 The client shall use the Internet/email service for information and communication  purposes only. Any unlawful activities that offend Nepalese Law and communal  harmony are strictly prohibited. On having found such activities, Fewa Net has the full   right to close the account immediately, and all amount whatsoever collected will be   confiscated.

Client's computer should be free from Virus, Worms, Trojans and Spy Ware. Fewa Net system automatically disconnects and blocks the account of those users who may dial from such infected computers.

 The account's email facility will have a pre-set quota (size restriction).

Spamming or sending mass emails through an Fewa Net account is strictly prohibited. Any such activity may lead to account suspension and/or termination of the account.

The client shall keep the identification and password assigned to him/her confidential. Fewa Net will not be responsible for whatsoever problems arising due to leakage of password, and Fewa Net is not responsible for unauthorized connectivity from other phone numbers if the client has not restricted his/her phone access.

Fewa Net and the client reserve the right to discontinue the service if either party fails to comply with this agreement.  

Government taxes and VAT shall be applicable as per government rules.
